I'm Callie! I’m an actor, writer and creative artist-based in Los Angeles.

Raised in a small town in Northern California, surrounded by grapevines and wine enthusiasts; I left my friendly folk to explore the walls outside my town and pursue my hunger for storytelling. I grew up with a loving family that believed education and knowledge are the best assets when pursuing any passion or interest. I still live by those same values when attacking any pursuit. My parents are both trilingual and told me stories in Spanish, French and English throughout my childhood. Weekends were meant for watching films and being transported into the cinematic world. My parents exposed me to films with themes that deeply resonated with me and acting that stuck with me long past the credits.

I have always loved being involved in storytelling, especially films that have a veil combining realism and symbolism. The summer before college I attended an intensive drama conservatory in New York (AADA). The electricity of the arts that live in the streets reaffirmed my pursuit to learn all I could about acting and creating. That fall I returned home and began college in San Francisco. San Francisco is where I found my voice. I was exposed to enormous newness in my personal life, in school and in the magical culture throughout the little City by the Bay. I received my BA's in both; Drama and Literature.

Shortly after I graduated I moved to Europe to continue learning by watching, listening and experiencing. In my first few months I attended another conservatory (NYFA) where I continued my training in acting, writing and took a classics course 5 days per/week while also learning Italian. Throughout the program I acted in several films and co-wrote one. I spent the next several months traveling and working throughout Europe on independent films, TV and a couple experimental passion projects. Films are important to me for many reasons, one being; learning about the human condition through story telling in the most immediate way seeing others lives and experiences I otherwise wouldn't likely witness. It's an honor having my voice bring writers words to life and something I take as seriously as I enjoy the craft of acting itself.

I am currently living in Los Angeles and am motivated by the idea that we can all learn from one another through the mediums of Film/TV/Theatre & infinite other arts. Every environment I have lived or worked in has pushed me to question myself, the world and my beliefs. If I can be a vessel in a writers story and have others question their norms, I am fulfilling my passions. I'm grateful to be a part of projects bridging differences and exposing similarities that challenge and inspire others. I'm excited to be in this new *stage* of life pursuing acting as my priority and having openness to any art form that contains integrity and serves a purpose. Most important, I'm dedicated and ready to work.
